You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

You retain ownership of your workflow definitions, task inputs, and any content you create using our services. We retain ownership of the Claw Launch platform, including all software, algorithms, and documentation. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the services.

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (Claude AI), Google, and 1Password. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party services.

6. Fees and Payment

Certain features may require payment. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claw Launch and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
